Music
If you love to sing and enjoy having a great time with friends, the St. Mark’s Choir is for you! We have Choir rehearsals on Sundays at 8:45 a.m. & Wednesdays at 10:00 a.m. We also have a three-octave set of Malmark handbells. We have handbell choir rehearsals on Sundays, at 8:00 a.m. This is a wonderful opportunity to being a new ministry that will truly enhance our worship experiences. There is absolutely no experience required, and you don’t even need to know how to read music. Please join us as we prepare for leading in worship each week, as well as for special musical offerings throughout the year. For more information click here. Join Rev. Dr. Jim Duke for a two-part series on biblical images of God and God's people, along with an evidence-based personality inventory that emphasizes both your uniqueness as God's child and your place in the Kingdom. Sundays, April 7 and 14, 9AM, upstairs in the education center, classroom H.

Our ministry fair/Rally day is so much fun! We will have our Parish Hall full of teams ready to accept new volunteers for each of their ministry areas. There's truly something for everyone! St. Mark’s Feast Day – April 21
We will celebrate St. Mark’s Feast Day on Sunday, April 21 at 10:00am.
And on that Sunday, we will…
· Worship at 10:00 am.
· Take our Parish Family Picture following the service. Please wear your red St. Mark’s shirt. Reach out to Kimberly to purchase a new one at office@stmarksfortbend.org.
· Feast on delicious BBQ.
· Enjoy some of the finest music this side of the Brazos River.
· Celebrate the ministry of St. Mark's!

Ladies’ Spring Outdoor Social
Calling all women……St. Mark’s Episcopal Church Women (ECW) is inviting you to the Ladies' Spring Outdoor Social on April 26, 2024, from 6:00-8:00 PM under the Porte-cochere by the Parish Hall entrance. A sign-up sheet will be on the Parish Life bulletin board in the Parish Hall. Please bring your favorite beverage, cheese, snack, lawn chair, and a friend, and be prepared to enjoy an evening of faith, fellowship, friends, and food.

All are welcome to a FREE Tai Chi Class at St. Mark’s! Classes will be on Mondays at 10am until 11am taught by Dahn Master Kathleen Mensing. Wear comfortable clothes and socks. Bring your Yoga Mat, if you have one; if not there are a few available for you to use. Also, bring a bottle of water. Please call or email the church office to sign up for a class. Spots are limited. Sunday, May 19, is Pentecost Sunday, a commemoration of when the Holy Spirit descended upon the Apostles, empowering them to preach the Good News in the world. St. Mark’s will celebrate this miraculous event with a Fajita Feast! Bring a favorite dessert that your family loves to share, while the church provides the main course and sides.
